有机化学实验是有机化学学科的重要组成部分。在从茶叶中提取咖啡因教学实践中,以教师指导为主,学生参与为辅进行了有机化学教学改革,引领学生对实验现象主动思考,积极参与,提升学生学习兴趣,对巩固教学效果起到了良好作用。

Organic Chemistry Experiment was an important element of organic discipline. In experiment of extraction of caffeine from tea, instructor - based, supplemented by the student participation, the teaching reform of organic chemistry was carried out to lead the students active thinking of experimental phenomena, active participation to enhance the students＇ interest in learning, which played a good role in the consolidation of the effectiveness of teaching.
