摘要
高校扩招带来的学生来源的多样化和学生学习基础的差异性,使得基础化学教学工作面临着巨大挑战。承认并正视学生的差异性,基于教学主体之间的学习基础、学习方式、兴趣爱好、智力基础等方面的差异,在广泛调研和合理规划的基础上探索并实践差异教学法。目的在于激发学生的学习兴趣,满足学生的学习要求,尽最大可能使每一位学生能实现最高效的学习。
Basic chemistry teaching was now confronted with great challenges due to diverse background of students and their varied foundations of learning, which may be largely attributed to the enlargement of university enrollment. The students' diversities of foundations of learning, learning styles, hobbies and interests, and their intelligence should be recognized. These diversities need to extensively studied and rationally programmed for the exploration and application of differentiated instruction mode, which aimed at motivating students' interests of learning, satisfying students' demands in learning, and making the best effort to help students to learn in the most effective way.
