摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为高分子配体,与ZnCl2在水溶液中通过配位-水解反应,制备ZnO/PVA复合纤维,并用SEM对制备的纤维进行表征.研究了ZnO/PVA复合纤维材料制备工艺与光催化降解性能的关系,得出最佳降解条件.实验结果表明,在ZnCl2溶液的浓度为0.02mol/L、pH=8、反应温度为100℃、反应时间3h条件下,制备的ZnO/PVA复合纤维对甲基橙有较好的光催化效果.
ZnO/PVA composite fibers were synthesized by coordination and hydrolysis reaction with ZnCl2 and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in aqueous solution,and characterized by SEM. The relevance of the preparation of ZnO/PVA and its photocatalytic properties was examined. The experimental results show that the ZnO/PVA fiber, prepared under the optimal conditions ZnCl2 solution concentration of 0.02 mol/ L,pH value is 8,the reaction temperature of 100 ℃ ,reaction in water bath for 3 hours have better photocatalytic effect on methyl orange.
