摘要
通过偕胺肟化腈纶纤维与铜离子进行配位-水解反应,成功制备了过渡金属铜氧化物/纤维复合材料,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征.以1%H2O2分解速率为指标,探索了铜源浓度、反应pH、水浴反应时间、催化剂烘干温度及催化剂烘干时间等因素对铜氧化物/纤维复合材料催化性能的影响,并初步研究了催化剂的重复使用性能.
Transition metal copper oxide/fiber composites was successfully prepared by using ligand-hydrolysis reaction between amidoxime of acrylic fiber and copper ion and the sample was characterized by SEM. The decomposition rate of 1% HzOz was used as an index to explore the effects of copper ion concentration, reaction pH, water bath reaction time, catalyst drying temperature, and catalyst drying time on the performance of copper oxide/fiber and catdyst performance for repeated use was preliminarily investigated.
