摘要
水分离器导流罩为球底双锥复合形状零件,在产品实际使用中,该零件处在进风口。该零件拉深加工后的表面质量对导流效果影响较大。它的工艺分析和模具设计采用了分段工艺分析,复合模具设计思路,克服了零件在加工过程中出现的起皱、缩颈、拉深压料力过大等难题,成功地实现了大批量生产。
Water separator fairing is the ball bottom double cone compound shape. The part in the air inlet, part processing and the surface quality are larger influence on diversion effect. Piecewise process analysis and composite mould design have been used on this part, which overcome wrinkling, necking, drawing pressure material force appeared in part processing, successfully realized the batch production of this part.
