摘要
文章结合高职生的培养目标分析了高职教师在教学基本功、专业知识技能和实践服务能力等方面存在的问题,并据此提出了加强高职教师基本职业能力的几点建议。
According to the educational objectives for higher vocational college students, this article first ana-lyzes the teachers＇ weaknesses in their teaching ability, professional knowledge, practical professional ability, and then puts forward suggestions of how to improve higher vocational college teachers＇ basic professional abil-ities.
