高职国贸专业建设的问题、原因及对策——基于麦可思调查数据的分析

Construction of the Specialty of the International Trade in Higher Vocational Colleges:Problems,Causes and Countermeasures

依据麦可思调查数据,就江苏省2010、2011届国际贸易实务专业毕业生就业情况做一简要分析。分析结果表明,首先,与2010届相比,2011届国贸专业毕业生就业率下降了近15个百分点;其次,尽管就业竞争力比较高,但该专业毕业生就业质量不高。针对这些问题,文章讨论了产生的原因,在此基础上,提出了针对性的教学改革建议。

Based on survey data of MyCOS, this paper does a brief analysis of employment situation of gradu-ates of Jiangsu Province in 2010 and 2011, who majored in International Trade Practice. The analysis results show that, compared with graduates in 2010, employment rate of the graduates in 2011 has dropped by nearly 15 percentage points, and that the graduates are competitive in the job market, but their employment posts are not. The paper discusses the causes of these problems, and puts forward some proposals for teaching reforms.
