基于F2806平台步进电机升降速设计

摘要 步进电机作为一种位置精确的运动控制单元,在工业控制领域获得广泛应用。但是步进电机启动与停止的开始瞬间会产生失步或过冲,文章提出一种线性的加减速算法,采用相对简单的数学运算实时的计算参数,替代了传统的查表法。直线型加减速算法在Matlap7.0平台与TMS320F2806平台功能实现后并应用到铺布机两轴控制系统,取得了较好的实验效果。 The stepper motor, an accurate motion-control positioning device, is widely used for the purpose of control in industry. However, at the moment it starts or stops work, step motor may be out of step or overshoot. This paper presents a new linear algorithm of acceleration and deceleration, which adopts, instead of conven- tional look-up table, comparatively simple real-time calculating parameters in arithmetic operations. The linear algorithm is implemented by using Matlab7.0 and TMS320F2806, and applied to the two axis control system in the cloth paving machine. The experiment results are as good as expected.
