耳穴贴压治疗儿童单纯性肥胖疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on curative effectiveness of auricular application pressure treatment for childhood simple obesity

目的:评价耳穴贴压治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、CBM、CNKI、维普、万方等数据库,纳入耳穴贴压治疗儿童单纯性肥胖症的随机对照试验(RCTs),评价纳入研究的质量并提取资料,并用RevMan5.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入4篇RCTs,Meta分析显示:耳穴贴压能够降低儿童单纯性肥胖症患者的体重及体质指数(BMI),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对儿童身高无影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论:耳穴贴压可有效治疗儿童单纯性肥胖。是一种安全、无创、易为儿童接受的减肥方法。但由于可纳入的文献有限,研究试验的质量偏低,现有的证据还不足以得出完全肯定的结论。

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of auricular application pressure treatment for childhood simple obesity. Methods：We searched PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WanFang data to collect randomized controlled trials of auricular application pressure treatment for childhood simple obesity in which RevMan5.0 software was used for data analysis.Results：Four randomized controlled trials were included. The result of meta-analysis showed that auricular application pressure could reduce weight of children with simple obesity and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）, while this treatment had no side-effect on children＇s height and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.01 ）. Conclusion： Auricular application pressure treatment is a safe, non-invasive and easy therapy for children to lose weight. However, limited literature can be included, so the quality of this study is relatively low and existing evidence is insufficient to draw a completely definite conclusion.
