试论移民对生态环境与社会经济环境的影响——以湖南省涔天河水库扩建工程为例

Influence of Migration on Ecological,Social and Economic Environment

库区移民会对当地森林植被、野生动物、水土流失、水体污染和城镇环境、农村聚落环境、人群健康、产业结构等造成影响。为此 ,必须从制订环保规划、保护森林资源、防止水土流失、解决移民粮食问题等方面采取对策。

Migration from the reservoir area will exert impact on local flora in forests,the wild animals,the soil and water erosion,the water pollution,the city environment ,the rural community environment,the public health and the industrial structure,Countermeasures including making plans for environment protection should be taken to preserve forest resources,prevent water and soil erosion,and provide sufficient provisions for migrants.
