摘要
目的:探讨相对固定的排班模式在优质护理服务中取得的成效,为病区改变排班模式,为病人提供连续、高效的护理提供依据。方法:比较、推行相对固定的连续排班模式前、后护理人员对工作的满意度和临床护理工作质量。结果:采用相对固定的连续排班模式后,基础护理的落实、护理措施的落实、治疗的及时性、护士满意度等方面均有了明显提高,与实施前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);推行新排班模式明显提高了护理人员工作满意度及护理质量。结论:优化人力资源配置,实施责任包干,改革传统的排班为连续性的排班模式,可调动护理人员的工作积极性,提高护理质量,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of relatively fixed continuous scheduling model in high-quality nursing in order to provide the basis for changing scheduling model and providing patients with continuous and efficient nursing. Methods:The nurses' job satisfaction and nursing quality were compared before and after performing the relatively fixed continuous scheduling model. Results:After using the relatively fixed continuous scheduling model, the basic nursing works, nursing intervention,promptness of therapy and nurses' satisfactions have been improved in which there were significant difference between before and after implement(P〈0.05 ). Conclusion:Optimizing the human resource,contracting-out system,changing traditional scheduling to continuous scheduling model can improve the nurses' job enthusiasm, and quality of nursing, which is worth of spreading.
