On Important Role of Constructing Value System in Talented Personnel Training in Universities

新形势下,高校人才培养面临更加艰巨的任务和挑战,笔者认为,高校人才培养价值体系的建构才是从根本上关注学生个体价值、高校价值与人才社会价值的有机统一发展的问题,并深入剖析了人才培养价值体系的内涵,分析了当前高校学生价值缺失的现状,提出了建构的方式与发展评价的方式。

In current situation, the talented personnel training in universities is confronted with more difficult mission and challenge. After defining the value system in talented personnel training and analyzing the lack of value system among university students, the author proposes that constructing value system in talented personnel training in universities can fundamentally unify the value of individual student , the value of university and the social value of talented personnel. The paper provides the ways to construct and evaluate the value system.
