摘要
目前远程教育教师信息技术运用滞后于教育的发展,校本培训作为提高教师信息技术应用水平的重要手段被广泛采用,并且已形成了一些可行的具有实效性的培训模式。但是,培训内容与教师需求不匹配、信息技术与课程整合能力不理想、培训检查制度不完善等问题影响了校本培训的效果,通过合理设计培训方案、细化阶段培训、完善培训检查激励制度,可逐步提高远程教育教师信息技术的运用能力。
Nowadays, the distance teachers' competence in the use of information technology (IT) doesn't match the development of education. The widely-used school-based training has formed a number of possible effective training modes, but there are some problems in terms of training needs analysis, training content, and inspection system, etc. The author maintains that a target-oriented training program is beneficial to the improvement of distance teachers' IT.
