虚拟实践社群促进农村教师专业发展的研究

摘要 适应信息化环境下的教学工作,已成为中小学教师专业发展的重要内涵。农村教师在我国教师队伍中占比较大。其专业化程度成为衡量教师整体专业化发展水平的重要指标之一。农村教师专业发展应具备教学设计与实施及信息素养等能力,必须通过学习和培训来促进专业发展。实践证明,组建适合农村教师进行校内外学习、交流、协作和反思的"KFDX教师虚拟实践社群",吸引农村教师参与社群并开展学习,有利于促进农村教师的专业发展。 The teachers' IT competence has become an significant part for school teachers' professional development. The proportion of rural teachers in our country is large and the professionism n has become one of the important indicators that measure teachers' professional development. The author argues that this group of teachers is required to master teaching design and the IT by "KFDX virtual practice community". This model has the advantage to attract them to participate in communication, collaboration, and reflection; therefore it is considered a well-suited model for the teachers in rural areas.
