摘要
以蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)和柠檬酸作为保鲜剂的基本成分,分别加入ZnSO4、CaCl2、NaCl和NH4AC组成4种保鲜剂,研究几种不同无机盐溶液对非洲菊切花花径、鲜重和水分平衡值等指标的影响。实验表明:CaCl2保鲜剂效果最好;其次为NaCl保鲜剂;而ZnSO4保鲜剂和NH4AC保鲜剂对非洲菊切花保鲜效果不明显。
The sucrose, 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQC) and citric acid (CA) were used as the basic formula of fresh-keeping solution, then with tour different inorganic salts CaCl2 , NaCl, ZnSO4 and NH4AC being individually employed to study the fresh preservation of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus cut flowers. The flower diameter, fresh weight, water trimmed value were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that CaCl2 was the best, followed by NaCl; while the ZnSO4 and NH4 AC did not have significant preservation effect.
