摘要
通过对《环境影响评价技术导则——地下水环境》中Ⅰ类建设项目地下水工作等级分级表的研究,划定5项指标间的层次关系,以达到帮助环评工作者更好地把握评价等级、确定重点的目的。采用数据分析的思想揭示其中隐含的规律,利用Excel与Vba结合将分级5项指标进行降维与变量组合来构造交叉表信息解压手段,并以聚类分析、等级相关分析等,对120种方案组合逐一对比,找出了最优解。据此提出了5项指标中存在3个层次的划分结论和1个分级值判据修改建议,并对最终方案给出了环评意义上的解释。
Adopting the idea of data analysis, hidden regularities in Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Groundwater Environment, based on the study of grade classification table about industrial development projects in Technical Guidelines, are revealed and the hierarchical relationship between five indicators can be designated. Therefore, the purpose of helping EIA workers to determine evaluation parameter is achieved. This paper applies Excel and Vba combined with dimension reduction and combination of the five indicators to construct the cross - table inlormation extracting means. By clustering analysis, rank correlation analysis, etc. Three levels of the five indicators are divided and a hierarchical value criterion is proposed while the interpretation of the meaning of EIA is given.
