Investigation into the Notion of Teaching Factory in Nanyang Polytechnic Based on the Idea of Partnership with Enterprises

南洋理工学院是新加坡职业教育的成功典范,其面向企业需求、基于校企合作理念的教学组织形式———教学工厂,对人才培养产生了积极的推动作用。在介绍其专业开发与设置、教学工厂的实施和项目库建设的基础上,与国内职业教育进行了分析和对比,提出了借鉴的思路。

As a successful model of vocational education, Nanyang Polytechnicg concept of teaching factory, which is based on the idea of partnership with enterprises and of facing the needs coming from factories, has positive effect on their cultivated talents. The paper introduces the characteristics of the teaching factory and specialty construction that meets the needs coming from enterprises, meanwhile, the concept of teaching factory is analyzed and compared with the domestic ones.
