摘要
异形袋是一种具有特殊定制外形的软包装袋,其加工的重点工序为排版、制袋和模切等。结合生产实际,从异形袋加工工艺中的排版工序和模切工序两个方面探讨了其加工关键技术与工艺控制,并就异形袋出袋问题提出了相应的解决方法。
Special-shaped bag is a flexible package having customized profiles. The important processing operations of special-shaped bag consist of typesetting, bag making and die-cutting. The key processing technology and process control are analyzed in two aspects of typesetting and die-cutting process combined with practical production, and the solution for the special-shaped bag production cutting is discussed as well.
