摘要
以某区域水环境一经济系统为研究实例 ,寻求产值—排污—水质综合协调解方法 ,寻求净收益 (总产值减区域治理费用 )最大时的总体规划方案。建立目标参数规划模型 ,寻求不同生产规模条件下的产值—排污—水质协调解 ,又探讨了水环境标准约束下的某化工区废水治理费用的计算方法 ,提出以供决策者选择的方案。
A case study of the environmental-economic system of the chemical industry area is adopted to search for the coordinating method of the production-waste drainage-water quality and the programming plan for maximum net profit,the net profit is adopted that total production minus the cost of regional pollution control.A multiobjective parametric programming model is established by using the framework,input-output matrix of environment-economics,to search for the coordination between the total production and the waste drainage.The calculated method for amount of wastewater to be handled and the cost used for pollution control under the constraints of water quality standard is also discussed.The alternative plans are presented for the decision-maker.
