城市活力的模糊综合评价研究——以湖北主要城市为例

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the urban vitality——a case of the main cities in Hubei Province

试图构建相对科学完善的城市活力评价指标体系,以湖北省12个主要城市为例,运用模糊综合评价与信息熵相结合方法分别从城市综合活力、城市活力系统以及城市活力系统要素3个层面对湖北城市活力最终评价结果进行深入客观分析.结论:(1)从综合角度分析,湖北主要城市活力水平普遍偏低,且城市间发展不均衡,武汉以绝对优势居于首位,荆州最低;(2)从活力系统角度分析,各城市内部经济、社会、环境、文化4个活力系统发展不协调,环境活力总体高于其他3个系统活力;(3)从活力系统要素角度分析,湖北各主要城市的活力基础与活跃程度对城市活力贡献呈现互补趋势.针对以上结论,本文试着提出若干可行性建议,为湖北各城市综合、均衡、协调发展提供理论依据与参考.

This paper attempts to construct a relatively scientific and perfect evaluation index system to evaluate the urban vitality of cities. By using the fuzzy evaluation meth- od combined with information entropy, we evaluated the urban vitality of the twelve cit- ies in Hubei Province from three aspects of the comprehensive vitality, the dynamic sys- tem and the elements of the dynamic system and carried out an in-depth analysis on the final evaluation results. The results show that： 1） as for the comprehensive vitality, theurban vitality of these cities in Hubei is generally low and different from one to the other with Wuhan of highest vitality and Jingzhou of the lowest one; 2） from the perspective of dynamic system, in each city, the four dynamic system of economy, society, environ- ment and culture develop inharmoniously with environmental vitality higher than the others;3）the dynamic basis and the dynamic degree of the major cities of Hubei Province present complementary trend. Based on the these conclusions, this paper tries to pro- pose several feasible suggestions for the coordinate development of the cities in Hubei Province.
