摘要
核电站仪表是保证核电站安全和经济运行的重要设备。对于核电站用仪表,尤其是核级仪表无论在精确度、稳定性还是可靠性等方面都有较高的要求。根据相关安全准则要求,测量保护通道必须计算仪表的通道精度来验证其是否满足设计要求。在整个通道精度中对变送器的精度有特殊要求。而变送器的静压产生的误差会严重影响通道精度计算,导致其无法满足设计要求。本文主要介绍核电站用核级变送器的功能精度影响因素及差压变送器静压影响消除方法。
The instrument of nuclear power plant is an important device to ensure the safety and economic operation of nuclear power plants.For the nuclear power plant using instrumentation,especially 1E instrument have higher in terms of accuracy,stability or reliability is vital.According to the requirements of relevant safety standards,measurement and protection channel must calculate instrument channel accuracy to verify whether or not it can meet the designing requirement.There is special precision requirement for the transmitter accuracy in the whole accuracy channel.The error from the static pressure has many influences upon the transmitter accuracy calculation,and it may cause transmitters to miss the designing requirement.This paper mainly introduces the influencing factors of 1 E functional accuracy calculations and the static pressure elimination method of 1 E differential pressure transmitters.
