摘要
本文详细介绍了蒸汽负荷和给水流量的突然变化对高压汽包液位的影响,对传统的单冲量和双冲量控制在克服"虚假液位"和给水干扰方面的缺点进行了剖析,进而介绍了三冲量控制方案及其对控制性能的改进,并针对长庆石化公司汽包控制的具体应用情况,提出了在我公司应用三冲量控制方案的好处,从而较好地改善了汽包运行状况,实现汽包安全、平稳的运行。
The article introduces the impact of sudden change of load and feed water flow on high pressure steam drum water level.The traditional single impulse and double impulse control to overcome the "false water level" and the water supply method are analyzed.Additonally,it introduces the three impulse control scheme and improvement of the control performance.According to the specific application of Changqing Petrochemical Company,we put forward the advantages of three impulse control,so as to improve the drum operating conditon,safety and smooth running.
