本文回顾了微量水分析测量技术现状,介绍了光纤式微量水测量技术的原理、技术特点,并以一个实际应用案例说明了其应用优势。
The trace moisture measurement technology is reviewed in this paper which introduces the optical fiber humidity measurement technology principle and its feature,and illustrates its application advantage by a practical case.
