输气管道内检测器泄流装置的设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 输气管道内气体流速变化所引起的压差波动对管道内检测器平稳运行产生不利影响。本文采用压差作为内检测器速度调控的前馈控制量,设计了一套内检测器前后压差可调控的泄流装置。该装置通过控制泄流孔泄流面积改变泄流流量,从而消除内检测器前后压差变化。同时,采用管径660mm的管道与检测器驱动节建立数值仿真模型,运用流体力学仿真软件ANSYS CFX对所建立的模型进行数值仿真,得到了泄流孔的泄流面积与内检测器前后压差的关系。 Fluctuation of differential pressure caused by gas rate variation inside a gas pipeline may result in unstable movement of an inner inspector inside the pipe.In this paper,a drainage device with adjustable front and back differential pressure of an inner inspection tool has been developed with differential pressure being forward feedback controlling variable of the inner inspection tool.With the drainage device,the change of front and back differential pressure inside the inner inspection tool may be eliminated by controlling the cross section of draining holes in the drainage device. Meanwhile,a simulation model has been established based on a pipe of 660mm diameter and a driving section of the inspection tool for carrying on numerical simulation with specified fluid mechanics simulation software called ANSYS CFX to obtain the relation between the size of cross section of draining holes and the front and back differential pressure inside the inner inspection tool.
