陈皮利咽合剂对慢性咽炎模型家兔全血黏度和咽黏膜的影响

Effect of Chenpi Liyan Mixture on the Whole Blood Viscosity and Pharyngeal Mucosa in Rabbit Models of Chronic Pharyngitis

目的探讨陈皮利咽合剂作用于慢性咽炎模型家兔的机制。方法 36只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组、模型组、银黄片组和陈皮利咽大、中、小剂量组,每组6只。除空白对照组外其余各组建立慢性咽炎家兔模型,造模第14天陈皮利咽大、中、小剂量组分别给予陈皮利咽合剂原药液、原药液用生理盐水稀释1倍、原药液用生理盐水稀释2倍10ml/kg灌胃;银黄片组给予0.026g/ml的银黄片混悬液10ml/kg灌胃;空白对照组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水。各组均每日灌胃1次,连续8天。于最后1次灌胃后1h,对咽部黏膜肉眼观察并分级评价,取耳缘静脉血做全血黏度检测,并观察咽部黏膜病理变化。结果与模型组比较,陈皮利咽大、中剂量组家兔咽部黏膜肉眼观察分级及病理分级变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。银黄片组和陈皮利咽大、中、小剂量组的全血黏度值显著低于模型组(P<0.01);陈皮利咽中剂量组全血黏度低于银黄片组及陈皮利咽大、小剂量组(P<0.01)。结论陈皮利咽合剂能改善慢性咽炎家兔咽部黏膜炎症,可能与降低全血黏度有关。

Objective To research the mechanism of Chenpi Liyan Mixture [mixture of Chenpi （Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae） to relieve the throat] for chronic pharyngitis. Methods Thirty-six rabbits were randomized into the blank control group, model group, Yinhuang Tablet group and Chenpi Liyan large-dose, middle-dose and small-dose groups, with 6 in each. The chronic pharyngitis models were established in other groups except the blank control group. On the 14th day of modeling, Chenpi Liyan large-dose, middle-dose and small-dose groups were gavaged with the original liquid of Chenpi Liyan Mixture and the original liquid diluted with normal saline to 1 or 2 times and the dose was 10 ml/kg. Yinhuang Tablet group was gavaged with 10 ml/kg of 0.026 g/ml Yinhuang Tablet suspension. The blank control and model groups were gavaged with the same volume of normal saline. Each group was administrated once daily for 8 consecutive days. The pharyngeal mucosa was observed, the blood in marginal ear vein was taken for hemorheology, and the pharyngeal mucosa biopsy was taken one hour after the last gavage. Results Changes of pharyngeal mucosa observed in macroscopic and their pathological grading were significant different between the model group and Chenpi Liyan large-dose and middle-dose groups （P〈0.01）. Comparing with the model group, the whole blood viscosity in Yinhuang Tablet group and Chenpi Liyan groups was significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. The whole blood viscosity in Chenpi Liyan middle-dose group was significantly lower than that in Yinhuang Tablet group and Chenpi Liyan large-dose and small-dose groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chenpi Liyan Mixture can relieve the inflammation of pharyngeal mucosa in rabbits with chronic pharyngitis, which may be relevant to the reduction of the whole blood viscosity.
