Expression and significance of β-catenin and moesin in gallbladder carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨β-连环蛋白和膜突蛋白在胆囊癌、慢性胆囊炎组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测β-连环蛋白和膜突蛋白在40例胆囊癌患者的癌组织和15例慢性胆囊炎组织中的表达情况并讨论其意义。结果胆囊癌中β-连环蛋白和膜突蛋白的阳性表达率与慢性胆囊炎之间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在胆囊癌中β-连环蛋白在年龄、分化程度、Nevin分期、浸润深度方面阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),膜突蛋白在分化程度、Nevin分期、浸润深度方面阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论①β-连环蛋白和膜突蛋白可作为鉴别胆囊良恶性的一种指标。②β-连环蛋白和膜突蛋白的高表达与胆囊癌的临床分期、分化程度、浸润深度有关,可提示预后。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of β-catenin and moesin in gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The expression of β-catenin and moesin were examined by immunohistochemical analysis in 40 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 15 cases of chronic cholecystitis and discuss its significance. Results The difference of the positive expression rate of β-catenin and moesin between gallbladder carcinoma and chronic cholecystitis was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). The difference of the positive expression rate of β-catenin in age, degree of differentiation, nevin staging, invasion depth in gallbladder carcinoma was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). The difference of the positive expression rate of moesin in degree of differentiation, nevin staging, invasion depth in gallbladder carcinoma was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions (1)Moesin and β-catenin can be used as an indicator to indentify malignant and benign. (2)The high expression of moesin and β-catenin in gallbladder cancer are associated with clinical stage, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, and they can provide prognosis.
