5-氟尿嘧啶注射治疗寻常疣及跖疣的临床观察

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of 5-Fluorouracil injection on verruca vulgaris and plantar warts

目的观察5％5-氟尿嘧啶注射治疗寻常疣及跖疣的临床疗效。方法将70例寻常疣及跖疣患者随机分为两组：其中电灼治疗组34例，注射5％5-氟尿嘧啶组36例。疗程60d。结果治疗2个月后注射组的有效率为91．67％，电灼治疗组为64．70％；注射组复发率为13．89％，电灼治疗组为44．12％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论5％5-氟尿嘧啶注射方法具有疗效高、复发率低、创面损伤小等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 5% 5-Fluorouracil injection on verruca vulgaris and plantar warts. Methods Seventy patients with verruca vulgaris and plantar warts were randomly divided into two groups, 36 patients were treated with 5% 5-Fluorouracil, 34 cases patients were treated with burning by electricion machine, the treatment course was 60 days. Results The effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 64.70% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The relapse rate was 13.89% in treatment group, and 44. 12% in control group, there was significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusions 5-Fluorouracil injection is effective and has low relapse rate, small injure for verruca vulgaris and plantar warts.
