考虑服务水平的服务供应链系统设计

Service Service Supply Chain System Designed Considering Service Levels(Service Levelled Service Supply Chain System Design)

将服务供应链系统设计分解为截流选址问题、服务供应商选择问题和服务设施选址问题,考虑三者之间存在相互关联、相互影响的关系,建立考虑服务水平的服务供应链系统设计模型。通过算例分析发现,在服务供应链系统进行设计时,服务水平高低均不意味着高利润,应该综合考虑各方面因素,来实现系统的利益最大化。

The service supply chain system was disassembled flow interception location （FIP）, supplier selection and service facility selection. Considering relationship and interaction among them, the model was designed of service supply chain system considering service levels. And then, analysis of examples was done. The result shows, when service supply chain system was designed, service level which is high or low doesn＇t mean high profit. It should think of in all respects factors to get the most profit.
