摘要
本文描述了供电企业员工岗位素质模型及其特点,详细阐述了模型的建立过程,并采用层次分析法对岗位素质评价指标进行权重分配,用模糊综合评判法对评价进行定量化处理,从而得到了一个完整的,可操作的供电企业员工岗位素质评价模型。
This paper introduces an evaluation model of staff positions quality for power supply enterprises. Its characteristics and modeling process are described. The weights of position quality index are given by the analytic hierarchy process, and further quantitative evaluation is deal with of fuzzy comprehensive method. The resulting model and remarks will be significance for evaluating operational staff positions quality of power supply enterprises in China.
