摘要
选取家族企业作为研究对象,在文献研究的基础上,运用实证方法探求了子女继任家族企业意愿的影响因素。本研究的结果表明:(1)子女的内部职业志趣、企业的优势与前景和家长期望对继任意愿有显著正向影响,其中子女的内部职业志趣影响最大;(2)子女的外部职业志趣,企业问题与危机,家族矛盾和冲突及市场就业机会对继任意愿有显著的负向影响。同时,一系列的背景变量也会对子女的继任意愿产生影响。研究显示,男性继任者比女性继任者的继任意愿要高,独生子女比非独生子女的继任意愿要高。企业的规模越大,企业资产越多,子女的继任意愿就越强烈。
This paper targets the family business as the research object. On the basis of literature review, this paper explores the influential factors of succeeding motivation in the successors by empirical methods. The research findings show: (1) offspring's interest in family firms, advantages and prospect of family business, and expectations from parents affect succeeding motivation positively, among which offspring' s interest in family firms has the greatest positive effect. (2) Offspring's interest in non-family firms, problems and crises of family firms, family conflict, and employment chances in the market affect succeeding motivation negatively. Meanwhile, a series of background variables affect the succeeding motivation as well. The research shows that the male's succeeding motivation is higher than that of the female, and the only child's succeeding motivation is higher than that of children with siblings. Bigger firms with higher capital lead to higher succeeding motivation.
