摘要
报道了基于Nd:YAG晶体的4F3/2-4I13/2能级跃迁的1356nm单波长LD端面抽运Nd:YAG激光器。采用LD端面抽运的平平腔结构,实现了2.4 W的连续波1356nm和1414nm双波长激光输出,光光转换效率为26.7%。通过在腔内插入1.3μm波段的声光Q开关,增加了1414nm波长的腔内损耗,从而获得了1356nm的单波长连续和调Q脉冲激光输出。单波长输出功率为2W;重复频率为5kHz时,脉冲光平均功率为1.3W,脉冲宽度为71ns,峰值功率为3.66kW。
LD pumped Nd: YAG crystal laser emitting at 1356 nm single wavelength from^4F3/2-^4I13/2translation is reported. Continuous-wave (CW) output power of 2.4 W with 1356 nm and 1414 nm dual-wavelength is achieved using flat-flat cavity, and the corresponding optical conversion efficiency is 26.7 %. With the insertion of an acousto- optic Q-switcher in the cavity, the loss for 1414 nm increases, so that the 1356 nm CW single wavelength as well as the Q-swithched pulse are achieved. At the pulse repetition frequency of 5 kHz, the pulse width is 71 ns and the peak power is about 3.66 kW.
