图书馆数字参考咨询服务中知识产权风险的类型可以概括为参考信息源方面的知识产权风险、信息咨询服务方面的知识产权风险和用户行为方面的知识产权风险。其中参考信息源方面的知识产权风险包括利用不同性质、不同来源的信息资源面临的知识产权风险;信息咨询服务方面的知识产权风险包括文献(数字化)传递、提供二、三次文献服务、构建知识库以及提供网络课程、网络导航等的知识产权风险;用户行为方面的知识产权风险主要为图书馆因用户侵权使用而面临承担共同侵权责任的风险。

Risks related to information consulting service include the risks based on document delivery, secondary document and tertia- ry document, knowledge base, online course and network navigation. Risks related to users＇ behavior mainly refer to risks of joint infringement.
