New reading tendencies are surveyed from a new perspective in the paper. Taking the features as the starting point, this study expounds the inevitable trend of featured reading. The significance of highlighting characteristics in harmonizing various kinds of conflicts is emphasized. To trace successful examples of trait service is to prove that characteristics are the source and foundation for carrying out reading propaganda activities.
