从中国特色公共图书馆发展道路的历史观察、顶层设计和路径方法三个维度初步分析研究了中国特色公共图书馆道路的发展历程、方针政策和发展特点,分析了存在的问题并提出了未来发展的思路。

This paper makes a preliminary exploration on the development path of public libraries with Chinese characteristics from the perspectives of historical reviews, top-level design and methodological approaches. It briefly reviews the development process, policies and guidelines of public libraries with Chinese characteristics and further discusses the existing problems as well as the feasible approaches for future development.
