按文献类型划分的资源采访组织模式已不适应当今学科文献建设的需要,本文分析了这一资源采访组织模式与流程的弊端,提出了选采业务适度分离、资源建设与服务统筹设计、学科馆员主导与读者广泛参与、发挥技术平台优势的学科资源建设保障机制。

Acquisition based merely on resource types is no longer suitable for today＇s consmlction of subject resources. The paper analyzes its disadvantages and puts forward a new mechanism which separates selection and acquisition, integrates resource building and service, engages readers＇ participation while dominated by subject librarians, and fully utilizes the merits of technology platform.
