摘要
采用UASB—SBBR—混凝—气浮工艺处理沈阳市某淀粉厂马铃薯淀粉废水,介绍了厌氧和好氧反应器的启动过程,分析了各反应器的运行效果。运行结果表明:当进水COD﹑BOD5﹑SS﹑NH3-N平均质量浓度分别为13 400、6 500﹑2 000﹑160 mg/L时,相应的出水质量浓度分别为38﹑18﹑24﹑13 mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的一级排放标准。该工艺运行成本为0.63元/m3,适于处理马铃薯淀粉废水。
The combined process ,UASB-SBBR-coagulation-air floatation, has been used for treating the potato starch wastewater of a starch factory in Shenyang. The starting process of anaerobic and aerobic reactors is intro- duced. The operation results of each reactor are analyzed. The operation results indicate that when the average mass concentration of COD, BODs, SS, ammonia nitrogen in influent are 13 400,6 500,2 000, and 160 mg/L respectively, the corresponding effluent concentration of them are 38,18,24, 13 mg/L respectively, reaching the first class of In- tegrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978--1996). Its running cost is 0.63 CNY/m3,suitable for treating potato starch wastewater.
