"Dodd - Frank Act" reflect on the cause of the financial crisis on the basis of the formation of the initial results of the financial regulatory reform, such as the establishment of macro- prudential supervi- sion mechanisms to strengthen consumer protection as well as to avoid the "too big to fail" formation of fi- nancial institutions made 7.9 the appropriate institutional arrangements. This paper argues that due to the re- flection of the financial crisis in the United States is not comprehensive, objective and profound, the Ameri- can system of highly politicized and obstruction from the vested interests of the financial markets, reducing the effects of the bill will make. Therefore, the establishment of a sound financial system is still a long way togo.
