铁路信息资源共享下的通信资源冲突协商与消除机制

Information Resource Conflict Conciliation and Eradication System in the Situation of Shared Railway Information

摘要 我国铁路信息化建设进展迅速。本文结合我国铁路信息资源的特点,运用服务的体系结构技术思路来研究铁路信息共享平台,通过将铁路信息系统中需要共享的所有资源统一封装成基础服务,据此构建了基于业务构建的服务架构及服务运行管理环境。在此环境下,铁路信息共享弹性服务需求得到相适应的功能实现,按照服务架构,建立了公共通信资源冲突消解的协商机制模型,为解决铁路信息共享服务受限于紧张的通信资源提供了可能。 Informationization construction in China's railway has sped up. This paper uses service system technology to study the shared platform of railway information considering the characteristics of China's rail- way information resource. It constructs a service structure and service operation management environment based on business construction through transforming all shared resources in railway information system into basic services. In this environment, shared flexible service needs in railway infomlation are met. In this ser- vice structure, it constructs a conciliation mechanism model of removing public information resource con- flicts, and provides possible measures to resolve the problem of shared railway service information constrained by limited information resources.
