摘要 高精密平面电机具有系统结构简单、平面直驱、高分辨率、高频响等特点,近年来受到学术界和相关领域的广泛关注。然而,到目前为止,针对高精密平面电机系统性设计方法的相关研究很少。该文对集成绕组结构短行程直流平面电机(integrated winding structure short-stroke DC planarmotor,IWSDCPM)进行研究,介绍了IWSDCPM的结构形式、运行原理和特点。推导出IWSDCPM的主要尺寸的关系式,明确了电机的主要尺寸,对永磁体和线圈的设计分别进行了研究,并以推力最大为设计目标进行参数优化。针对其特殊的结构形式和应用场合,提出该类平面电机的通用设计方法。根据所提出的设计方法,加工制作了一台样机,并进行了相关实验测试。实验结果与设计指标基本吻合,验证了设计方法的有效性。 High precision planar motors have the features of simple system structure,planar direct drive,high resolution,fast response and have been widely noted in academic world and relevant areas for the past few years.However,the researches about systematic design method of planar motors are few in number.Integrated winding structure short-stroke DC planar motor(IWSDCPM) is analyzed in the paper.The structure,operation principle and features of the new type planar motor are introduced.The main dimensions’ equation is derived and the main dimensions of the planar motor are confirmed.The design of coil and permanent magnet is discussed respectively,and the thrust optimization is carried on.According to its special structural style and applications,the universal design method of the planar motor is put forward.A prototype motor is manufactured according to the proposed design method,and some relational experiments are also achieved.The experiment results are agreed with the design objective.That verifies the validity of the design method.
