摘要
为了深入研究直线旋转永磁作动器(linear and rotarypermanent magnet actuator,LRPMA)的参数对其力学和电磁性能的影响,基于磁标量位的磁场解析计算方法,对LRPMA进行了分析。采用曲率系数法和圆弧直线等效模型,对LRPMA的磁场分布进行了解析计算,采用三维有限元方法进行了验证。基于解析结果,得到不同的极弧系数和槽宽槽距比条件下LRPMA的直线定位力、旋转定位力矩、定子绕组磁链的基波分量和谐波分布云图。实验制作了LRPMA样机,样机的试验结果与解析计算优化结果基本一致,有效验证了所提解析方法的正确性和有效性。
This paper analyze a linear and rotary permanent magnet actuator(LRPMA) based on magnetic field analytical computation using the magnetic scalar potential to find out the influence of it’s parameters on the mechanical and electromagnetic performances.Magnetic field distributions of the LRPMA are analytically analyzed and validated by 3D finite element method(FEM) using a magnetic field curvature factor and a circular arc straight line equivalent model.The contour maps of the linear cogging force,the rotary cogging torque,the fundamental component amplitude and the total harmonic distortion of the stator flux linkage,are given in different pole-arc coefficients and different ratios of slot opening to slot-pitch.A LRPMA prototype is manufactured,and its experimental results are consistent with the analytical ones,which verifies the correctness and validity of the proposed analytical method.
