金属粒子诱导玻璃体损伤的研究

摘要 对激光诱导K9玻璃体损伤进行了观察,发现在激光传输路径上出现大量微空洞,其直径由200μm到几个μm不等。本文基于金属粒子吸收激光产生的热力学过程,研究了造成损伤点的粒子效应,研究发现:温升随着粒子尺寸的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化规律,存在一个温度极限值。温升的不同会造成不同范围的熔化、气化甚至电离,激光等离子体的膨胀会使相变混合物向外膨胀,从而造成不同尺寸的空洞。 It has been observed of the laser induced bulk damage points in K9 glass, and a large number of micro - holes have found on the laser transmission path, the diameter of micro - holes change from a few tan to 200 tan. How the metallic particles size effect on glass damage is researched, based on the thermodynamic process when metallic particles absorb laser energy, and the results show that the temperature increases first and then decreases with particle size, .so there has a high temperature limit. The different temperature rise can result in different mehing range, vaporization, and even ionization. The expansion of laser plasma makes the mixture phase materials expand to outside, so the different size voids formed.
