LED光源环境下短时间阅读对视功能及眼表的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解LED做为光源在特定色温及照度下短时间阅读后,阅读者眼表及视觉功能的改变情况。方法:入选18名自愿参加实验的大学生,以暖白光LED(色温为4000k、照度300lux)为光源,受试者在三天中分别进行不同时长(半小时、1小时、2小时)的书本阅读,并在受试者阅读前后进行TBUT(泪膜破裂时间)、AC/A(调节幅奏与调节比率)、调节幅度及阅读后行眼部不适问卷调查,用spss19.0分析实验数据。结果实验者在LED做为光源的环境中分别进行不同时长阅读后,阅读前后受试者的AC/A(调节集合与调节比率)、调节幅度变化无统计学差异(P>0.05),泪膜破裂时间有统计学差异(P<0.05);问卷调查总体得分在三个不同时长之间有差异(P=0.006),总体得分在30分钟与1小时之间无统计学差异(P=0.082),在30分钟与2小时组之间有差异(P=0.002),1小时和2小时组之间无统计学差异(P=0.113)。结论:暖白光LED灯做为照明光源(4000k,300lux),在短时间内对于光环境下阅读者的视功能影响不大,对泪膜稳定性有一定的影响;LED灯长时间使用对视功能及眼表的影响还需进一步观察。 Purpose to investigate the effects of short term reading in the ambient illumination(4000k,300lux) on the visual functions and ocular surface when using the LED as the light source.Methods the usage of white-LED as the light source,the visual function(AC/A,amplitude of accommodation),ocular manifestation and the ocular discomfort questionnaire are investigated before and after different duration of reading(0.5h,1h,2h).Results in-comparion with pre-reading,there is no significant difference for the visual function(P>0.05);The TBUT were significant decreased(P<0.05);the questionnaire results showed there was a significant difference between the duration of 0.5h and 2h reading(P<0.05),but no significant difference between the 0.5h and 1h(P>0.05),1h and 2h(P>0.05).Conclussion the short-term reading in the ambient illumination with the usage of white-LED as a light source,the light has no significant influence to the readers' visual functions,but has the influence to the tear film quality;the long-term reading effects to the visual function and eye manifestation under the white-LED light source are still not known.
