摘要
目的:探讨非剥脱性lux1540点阵激光治疗浅表性瘢痕的护理。方法:对86例浅表性瘢痕患者进行lux1540点阵激光治疗,同时给予全方位护理(治疗前、后护理、治疗配合)等措施,探讨本护理方案对提高治疗效果,减少治疗后不良反应及并发症,提高患者舒适度和满意度的重要性。结果:经过6次疗程的治疗和护理,86例患者瘢痕皮肤的外观、质地、色泽等有明显改善,色素沉着低。结论:非剥脱性lux1540nm激光治疗浅表性瘢痕无创、安全、疗效较好。实施全方位护理,可以提高治疗效率;减少治疗后不良反应及并发症;提高患者的舒适度和满意度。
Objective： To investigate the nursing care method of superficial scars after the Non - ablative lux1540nm Lattice laser treatment. Methods Rlux1540nm laser was used to treat the 86 patients with superficial scars patients , and special nursing protocal like mental nursing, education, therapy co - operation and postoperative care were adropted after laser treatment . Reaseareh the significance of special nursing protocal after scar laser treatment. Results The scar appearance,skin smoothness become better after 6 times of treatments and nursing care in 86 patients. And the skin without any obvious pigmentation. Conclusions The therapy was invasive safe and more effective for Non - ablative lux1540nm laser treatment. Our special nursing protocal improved the treatment efllciency, reduced the complication after laser treatment , which made the patients more comfortable and satisfaction.
