红光照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗癌症患者Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

目的:探讨红光照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗癌症患者Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果。方法:选择长期卧床癌症患者合并Ⅲ期压疮60例,将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统换药方法。观察组使用红光照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为60%,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红光照射联合多爱肤敷料治疗Ⅲ期压疮效果好,既减轻患者痛苦,又减少护士工作量。

Objective： To explore the red glow with love skin dressing therapy cancer lU stage of pressure ulcers in patients with clinical effect. Method： Choose to stay in bed for a long time cancer merger m period of 60 patients with pressure ulcers, 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group using traditional dcessing methods. The observation group used red glow with love skin dressing therapy. Observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results： 4 weeks after treamient, the observation grtmp the total effective rate was 96.7 %, contrel group was 60%, the total effective observation grtmp was obviously better than control group （P 〈 o. 05）. Conclusion： Red glow with love skin dressing therapy m stage pressure sores effect is good, both to reduce the patient pain, and reduce the workload of the nurse.
