基于心理契约的新生代农民工管理对策实证研究--以浙江省为例 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用自编的心理契约问卷对浙江省285名新生代农民工心理契约的现状与所感知的双方责任履行、破坏状况进行实证研究,结果显示:心理契约由"基本、发展和情感责任"三个维度构成;心理契约类型以平衡型关系为主;双方"基本责任"履行得最好,"情感责任"次之;组织契约各维度的破坏程度比员工契约严重。基于此,提出了相应的管理对策和建议。
