摘要
介绍吊车梁腹板承压应力的计算。采用半无限平面上无限长Timoshenko梁承受法向集中力的力学模型,并考虑梁上轮压荷载作用点高度的影响,得到的计算结果与有限元分析结果接近。将结果与目前吊车梁腹板承压应力计算的等效承压长度简化计算公式进行对比,通过公式计算结果之间的比值可以了解吊车梁腹板的承压强度计算中利用塑性开展的程度。
This paper revisited the local bearing stress problem in the web of I sectional girders supporting overhead crane. The problem was modeled as a Timoshenko's beam on a semiqnfinite plane acled by a normal force, and was solved by Fourier Transform Technique. Loading position is considered in the derivation. The obtained solution was close to the results by FE Analysis. The current formulas for the equivalent bearing length in various specifications were compared with the obtained solution. The ratios of the various formulas to the proposed may be used to evaluate the extent of plastic development in various codes.
