外加填板对梁柱节点性能影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 建立有限元模型,对螺栓连接的平齐式梁柱节点的力学性能进行分析。分析过程中,分别考虑螺栓中预拉力的损失、填板的设置与否、填板的厚度以及填板的层数对于节点力学性能的影响。研究分析表明:螺栓预拉力的损失不超过初始应力的50%时,对于节点力学性能的影响可以忽略不计;填板的设置在一定程度上可以提高节点的初始转动刚度,但是对节点的承载力影响较小。在工程中,当填板厚度不大于端板厚度时,采取外加填板来弥补制作中所带来的偏差,这种方式是可取的。 Building finite element model of the flush bolted beam-column joints and the joints mechanical properties are analyzed. In the analysis process the force loss in the bolt, the setting or not of fillers the thickness of fillers and the ply of fillers were considered. Analysis shows that when bolt preliminary tension loss did not exceed 50% of the initial stress, the joints mechanics performance influence could be neglected; joints with filler in some extent could improve the initial rotational stiffness, but little effect on the bearing capacity of the joints. In engineering to take additional fillers to compensate for the deviation arising in the production, only when the thickness of fillers is not more than the end plate thickness, this way is desirable.
