钢桁架整体节点疲劳性能的数值模拟分析 被引量:7

摘要 应用数值方法模拟钢桁架整体节点疲劳性能。建立钢桁加劲梁整体节点三维模型,基于CAD-CAE协同仿真平台Workbench对其进行静力分析和疲劳分析,得到整体节点内部应力分布以及疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,经过200万次的循环加载后,结构疲劳性能满足设计要求。所采用的数值模拟方法,对钢桁梁桥整体节点疲劳性能的设计和研究具有参考意义。 The fatigue property of main truss integral joint was analyzed by numerical simulation. Building a three-dimensional model of main truss integral joint, static analysis and fatigue was analyzed in CAD-CAE collaborative simulation platform Workbench. The internal stress distribution and the fatigue life of the integral joint under alternating load was obtained. No fatigue damages are detected in the model after two million stress range cycles, so the structure is reliable in fatigue resistance and satisfies the design requirement. The numerical simulation method may be referred in the design and research of the steel truss integral joint.
