摘要
随着工业化程度的高度发展,工业厂房的规模越来越大,超长、超宽结构越来越多,温度应力对结构的影响已经不能忽略。在建筑设计中,设计师必须综合考虑温度应力对主体结构和围护结构的影响,通过优化布局进行温度应力分析,使建筑物既达到使用要求,又能满足规范及计算要求。通过对某乳品厂联合车间的介绍,从理论和实践角度,介绍超长轻钢厂房的结构布置、内力分析及温度应力的构造处理措施等,可供设计人员参考。
Along with the high development of industrialization, the scale of industrial factory is getting iarger and larger, super width and super long structure is growing more and more, the influence of temperature stress on structure could not be ignored. At the architectural design stage, the designer must consider synthetically the influence of the temperature stress on the major structure and the maintenance structure. Through the optimization of layout and temperature stress analysis, the building can satisfy not only operating requirements but also norm and calculation requirements. From the theory and the practice, the structure layout, internal force analysis, solving measure of temperature stress were introduced, which can be provided reference for designers.
