高墩大跨度铁路简支箱梁现浇施工移动模架设计

摘要 铁路简支箱梁现浇施工在10跨以上时优先考虑采用移动模架现浇施工,经济效益可观。宜万铁路宜昌长江大桥胭脂坝共有14孔跨度为49.5m的简支整孔箱梁,针对其高墩、大跨的特点,提出上行式单主梁的移动模架设计思路,解决了铁路桥较宽桥墩的移动模架过孔难题。 To cast-in-situ construction, movable gantry is widely used when the number of bridge span is more than 10 because of considerable economic benefits. Yanzhiba of Yichang Changjiang Bridge has 14 simply supported box beams,the span is 49.5 m. Based on high pier and long span, design on hanging movable gantry of single beam was proposed. Problem of how to pass through wide pier was solved.
